Thank you so much Dawndee!! Life was simple....it sure was. Wish I? could time travel back , people were different. I remember even in the 70's, the neighbors knew each other. I don't know anyone on our street now....I never see anyone outside that much.....and music,....I can sing more songs from the oldies than anything made in the last 20 years.

Thanks Moosie! Last time they got together to sing...'96. I thought they? sounded even better, with the lower tone......I've been wanting to make a video about this for years but I didn't have a record player that played 78's so I had to wait until a CD was finally made. Yes, wonderful memories. Music and lyrics were so wonderful back then. Easy to sing along too. I grew up listening to my mother's generation of music, so I have a great appreciation for it.

What wonderful memories! Those albums are a real treasure, and the songs jostle some? of my own memories of the 50s. Yep, I was there. Don't tell anyone. I'm trying to pretend I'm not really this old. Sweet harmonies. It takes both talent and dedication to sing like that, and the girls had both. It was fun to see them 40 and 50 years later, still singing, and still sounding just as good. Bless 'em all, and Happy Mother's Day!
