Dog poop, and pee in toilet Posted by: poopeedog
Video duration: 82 seconds I have a white toy poodle CKC registered about one year old that had been trained use the real toilet. He is very intelligent and a quick learner. If the dog wants to poop or pee, he is going by himself and you don't have to worry about taking him outside. If you have any questions please contact me. That's fantastic! I guess it'd really only work for small dogs though... regardless, I want a? dog, and this would be a great thing to have it do. You should make a video on how you trained it!

Wow dude, slow your roll. I never once said Neurons are a sign of intelligence, They are simply the basis of how signals are received and transmitted through the brain. Obviously the more you have the better. But the size of a brain has absolutely NOTHING to do with intelligence either. I own one cat and a dog at the moment? and I house trained them both, and through my experience I have found cats are easier to house train. That's all i was getting at.

i have had both cats and dogs and it is quite obvious that cats do not have the learning or verbal capacity of a dog. instead of defending cats why not see it for what it is: cats are less intelligent, dogs are more intelligent of the two pets period.? that's a fact, but both have their special traits. they are just animals for gods sake. one is more intelligent, the other less so. if you have had many dogs you would obviously know that dogs are more intelligent however lol

more neurons does not mean more intelligence. compare dolphins with humans.? dolphins appear to have larger brains in comparison to their body but in reality most of it is devoted to echo-location. what that means is the cat's neurons are specialized probably for smell receptors and other instinctive behaviors. animal behaviorists have already determined that cats are less intelligent than dogs and that's already obvious by the way that cats and dogs interact.
By: dellicj. on 06 Feb 12, 20:09:33
Actually Cats are more intelligent than dogs. Cats have 300 million Neurons in the brain where as a Dog only has 160 Million. I am very impressed though that he was able to train this dog to do this. Dogs like to "Mark" territory and typically never go in the same place twice unless their smell was marked over, where as cats tend to hide their urine "bury it" which can be traced? back to being in the wild and covering their scent so not to be seen so to speak.

Not in the bathtub! It's a wash area (it's kinda hard to describe). It's in the bathroom and there's a separate section that was meant? to be used as a shower (there's no tub in that bathroom). In place of the tub, it's just tiled flooring with a sliding door. No one uses that bathroom anyway so we taught our dog to poop/pee close to the manhole. When we see poop, we clean it up with a plastic bag and wash the place out. The area's small... Could fit about 4 people.

My bro's the one who read how to toilet train dogs in a pet magazine. We brought him to the toilet shower area (not he toilet bowl, we have a separate area for shower and then a shower screen and the toilet bowl's outside the screen) and made? him sit there till he did his business. Once he was done we let him go and cleaned the area. We live in a flat & it was kinda necessary. After a few times he got the hang of it. If some1's inside, he scratches the door to be let in!
