i? don't speak very well the English but i will try to explain my case the best i been going to a dr. in chiropractic for 7 sessions and i feel the same as when the first time i lost my cervical curve that ocasionates contractions in my neck and upper back can you tell me how should he procedure in the adjustments because every time i go it only takes like 2 minutes or less.

While this is sometimes the case, I would (personally) not try to force an adjustment. Most often some work on the muscles is required to allow the body to be adjusted. Many a Chiropractor has made a patient worse by forcing things. It? may take longer, but its always better to start off gently and progress as the body heals.

Nice! I was riding my bike 2day and every time I hit a bump the gears would deity by themselves it was pissing me? off didn't know what 2 do then I watched this tutorial and I adjusted the derailer all it needed was some tension on the cord and now it works fine. Thanks for explaining it good :^)

This video is SOOOO WRONG. First of all is .008 on the intake and .010 on the exhaust. The main thiing that is wrong is your suppose to rotate? the Crankshaft 180 degrees which is a half a turn not a "1/4 of turn" as you mention here. The only thing that is a 1/4 turn is the the camshaft. When you turn the crankshaft 180 degree or a half a turn it rotates the camshaft 90 degrees or a quarter of a turn.

all it is is the bike "jumping" into gear because your pedaling to hard through gear changes. similar to a car or motorbike, try relaxing(backing off the "gas") as you change gear then gradually(within about 3 seconds) put pressure back onto the pedals hope this? helps, i had the same problem, its all about control

somebody please help. my bike shifts great, not loud at all, but every time when i shift down, there is a ''gap''. like when im pedaling, there is a sudden faster half second pedal stroke ''the? gap'', it drives me nuts, never happened to me before. anyone had this problem too? or know what to do?

My method for adjusting sights. Yes, some sights are not adjustable, but the principle is the same, whether you need to replace the rear sight with a taller one or if you need to replace the front sight, or file it down. :-) Somehow, you want to get the bullets hitting where the sights are aligned, or get the sights aligned with where the bullets are going. :-)

Now Im re thinking my 1st? 100 rounds, I used top sight at 25 yrds 8" target but was all around. so on bench rest I hit more in the 3" target so overthinking it I measured my rear sight at 1/32" off 2 left & wanted to center it but ;1st it wouldnt move & 2nd I'll just adjust my point of aim on my springfield XD40 Unless there is a Way to move my rear sight with out paying big bucks for a trick tool or ship it to a shop

i figured this out, in the "masks" panel there's a row of buttons along the bottom, 1 of them says "apply this adjustment to all layers" (this is the global default - which is utterly asinine IMO as "Image / adjustments" is also a globally applied adjustment). Anyway if you click on this button it turns off the global setting and only applies the adjustment to? the layer immediately below the Adjustment Layer in your Layers panel box.
