no, there are no of these gliders in USA. the impact was realized as an privat project by me and seven other enthusiasts. the project started in 2000 and ended in 2004 in this time? a limited series of 8 gliders was produced. the glider is extremly good in sinking -0,49m/sec and a L/D of 24,5. the wingspan is 13,85 m and platform is 13 m² weight of glider is 42 kg if you know anyone who is able to produce it in US contact me.

the genesis of that name comes from a model aircraft which . the IMPACT based on the results of that exclent model. it was a tailless wing with? a wingspann of 1,8 meters. so i named that project "IMPACT" The IMPACT team produced eight similar gliders under my leadership for all team members. about the name we always had discusions. but et least we chose that name.

I don't understand why you aren't using side stays. I'd have two sets of three, at the joints. Your top section is falling off, It should be swooping back windward? like a birds wing to catch the wind. Good luck. I hope you set the record for fastest sail/ wind powered vehicle. Looks fast, cool, and dangerous. I think I'll stay home and watch from the computer. These are two different vehicles correct? Is the ice boat the designed to go in both directions and the? land boat designed for one way only? The land vehicle looks like you're exposed to lots of blowing fine dust and the ice looks like it would be cold all the time, both windy and brutal conditions. You have to be a tough person to handle wind like that.

hard to say, coz i can't see, ankles normally mean you pinching? the knees in, instead of going in the direction of the toes.... as for the quads, that normally means your over sinking the stance

you have to think in terms of alignment not? muscle... the stance is very relaxing and should never be done for muscle development, in fact you want to use the last amount of muscle to achieve your overall goal and control of the center.

Great video! A quick question, after doing the stance and slightly bending the knees, there is a lot of pressure on my calf's. I've never had any prior issues with this,? so i'm just wondering if it is natural to feel a lot of pressure, and when holding for too long I get a sharp pain. Are there any techniques to strengthen this and make it more relaxed, or is this not common. I think it might also be lactic acid knots that need to be rolled out because the issue is only with my left leg. Thanks!

Well I just know from that one video footage of him days before his death, but than also ip ching and ip chung both do it without the rolling so I would assume thats the way he taught. When I first went to class I actually did the rolling motion in your lineage and my sifu had me do it the other way with no rolling. it is only meant to fly as we hit top speed... it is not adjustable from the cockpit so if it did fly earlier... it would? end up just flying higher and higher as we went faster... a bit like the model. If you look at our last and fastest runs ... type in something like "vestas sailrocket the trials" you will see that the pod begins to fly nicely once over 50 knots. Cheers, Paul.
